the Atrium Fitness centre is located in the same tranquil environment as the rest of the Lifestyle Centre. Where better to pound out those minutes on the treadmill than overlooking an indigenous garden? If you come in the early morning or late afternoons, you can even catch a glimpse of all the rush hour traffic and be grateful you are not part of it!
The fitness centre is designed as a multi-purpose environment with some free space available for classes as well as structured machines and equipment in other areas. The facilities are currently utilised by a variety of different trainers. If you would like to consider additional fitness classes, please contact Gill at reception and she will give you further information. Do you teach yoga classes, aerobics, specialised post-pregnancy or antenatal classes? It would be great to be able to offer a full range of services to improve the health and fitness of our community.
